Pasmina (マフラーちゃん, Mafura-chan) is a Hamster with a love of scarves. She is rarely seen without one. She is best friends with Penelope, and is like a sister to her. Pashmina is a very sweet and humble hamster. She is known to keep a sister-like bond with Penelope, she also seems to have a fondness for scarves and the color pink. She is not a very talkative character but is quite wise. She is often disturbed when Howdy and Dexter fight over her to win her heart; she believes that she is too young to develop a crush. She is quite annoyed by Howdy and Dexter's feelings for her.

Owned by June. Considered to be a very maternal Ham-Ham, as she takes care of Penelope. She loves the color pink and always wears her pink scarf. Dexter and Howdy often fight for her affection, but she does not seem to notice (sometimes acting like a mediator for them). She feels that she is too young for a relationship anyway (she actually wishes for love in the Japanese version, however). Sky Ham also had a crush on her that died out.
